Saturday 25 April  10:30 – 11:45 from the Mackenzie Hall car park

Join us for a short flower-spotting walk between Brockweir and Apple Acre, Bailey Lane, where there will be tea, biscuits and birdsong.

Get ready to join the Parish Grasslands Project for another fun, informative, Signs of Spring Walk! It’s the perfect chance to explore nature’s awakening, we will be going on a short walk between Brockweir’s Mackenzie Hall and Bailey Lane. We will be looking at some of the plants starting to appear, and any other wildlife that may be spotted or heard. You are welcome to stop at Apple Acre for tea and to listen to the birdsong around the garden and woods.
This is the third in a series of walks being held every couple of weeks to build your knowledge as new plants and other wildlife start to appear through the Spring season. In March we found over 30 species!

Bring your friends and family – we will meet in the Mackenzie Hall car park.

Please indicate your intention to come by using Evenbrite below. That way we can keep a check on names of who to expect and numbers.
